"The place is OK, but I faced issues with the host. I arrived at the property around 3am and the code they provided did not work. I ended up staying in a different hotel that night because nobody would respond before 9am. The following day I got another wrong code, but finally they sent an "alternative code" that worked. I understand this kind of things can happen, but the way they managed was really poor. They offered to reimburse only a little bit more than 50% of the average price per night...
