"Everything about this resort was great"

"I believe it’s important to warn future guests: this is not a hotel, but rather a motel with low quality in terms of quality and overall experience. Basic amenities were missing — there was no water or coffee provided, yet the price is clearly inflated for this level of service. Cleanliness was a major issue: There were crumbs left next to the microwave, as if someone had used it and no one bothered to wipe the area The floor was covered in hair, dust, and sand — it was impossible to walk barefoot The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly: there was visible hair, and the faucet had noticeable buildup Overall, the room did not feel properly prepared for a guest. "Bathtub was dirty but i cleaned it. The fridge was set on low initally that my food went bad cause i didnt know when i first checked in and put sandwitches in. Had to throw away the food and then maintance came and was told it was too low. Wish it was pre set it correctly from the beginning. "

"The room was very clean. Renovations and upgrades are definitely needed. It was hard to enjoy the pool with the exterior painting throughout the day. Beds were changed the day we arrived and were not very comfortable."
