Very nice stay, especially for the rate. Free parking is a huge bonus for the Orlando area. The common spaces showed some wear and tear, but the room was nice and clean. The room was also very spacious. It is perfect for a family.

Lobby, staff, bar, pool - excellent. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the room..the drains in the bathroom sink and shower stunk everytime we ran water. The pullout bed and bed in the main room were comfy though.

It was an amazing stay and the staff were great. The only negative was that our elevator broke which normally would not be an issue other than that I had an injury I was dealing with and walking longer distances to use the elevator was an inconvenience. I am also not sure why it was broken 4 days out of our 5 day stay… one or two days would be okay but for most of our stay was really inconvenient due to our circumstances.

The rooms were clean. Spacious. Nice view. No microwave in rooms. It can be found on the first floor in the lobby. The other side of that is if you need a microwave you may ask for it. It s however a 50/50 chance that you may receive it. Pool was great. One of the elevators was not working at the beginning of our stay. Otherwise very nice hotel and close to food and Orange County Convention Center

Older property with some issues. Bathroom smelled like sewage. Shower was old and cracks in the floor of it. Smelled in the hallways. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The rooms seemed a little dark and the shower easily puts water in the floor due to its design. The shower itself was good, but very little keeping water off the floor. Overall I would stay again. Walking distance to OCCC and SeaWorld. Staff was very good!

The rooms were absolutely spacious. Beds were comfortable. Showers were good, but they need some work. Bar was fun and food was good but ours need to be all day. Only got one day of maid service for four days of staying there and had to put my own trash out. Elevator went down where we were staying for more than 24 hours, but was fixed. I had to move room due to that wonderful location next to the convention center.

Our experience was fantastic. The hotel is managed flawlessly. From the moment we arrived, Jazmin welcomed us with kindness and a warm, friendly attitude. Our room was beautiful, spotless upon arrival, and impeccably maintained throughout our stay. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, and both Jazmin and Skyy gave us excellent recommendations for nearby brunch spots that we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool area was clean, well maintained, and a wonderful place to relax. What truly made this hotel exceptional, however, was its outstanding staff. Every interaction was pleasant and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel manager deserves special recognition for running such an outstanding operation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
