Very friendly staff, very clean hotel you can smell the freshness the moment the door opens and close to everything we needed 10/ 15 minutes away. I wished we had a microwave in the room but they had one in the lobby so it was good, i was ablle to do my steps 😀

Very old hotel in a state of disrepair. The room is sweaty, smelly and humid. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is very poor. Many things in the room are broken or damaged. The nightly rate is not low enough to make up for this. The staff are very friendly though.

The staff here are amazing, super friendly, and always willing to help. We would 100% return to this property, the rooms were clean always topped us with amenities including bottles of water. The only downside is that the pool is very cold. It’s very close to SeaWorld and Aquatica, with restaurants and shops in walking distance.
