“Horrible smell, roaches, keycard didn’t work. ”

“I stayed 4 nights and had no house keeping at all. No ice machines work anywhere on property. Roaches in room. The breakfast is just a little bit of cereal. No juice no nothing. The property is in bad shape.”

Staff that seem they would rather be somewhere else. I had to go to another hotel. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. My worst hotel experience ever.”

I reported the issue twice, and while maintenance did come out each time, the problem was never actually resolved. As a result, we spent several days in an uncomfortably warm room. After my stay, I requested a partial refund because we did not receive the level of comfort we paid for. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and I never received a response.
