New arrivals checking in and current guests needing toilet paper or towels for their room have the one person to talk to. There is not a daily cleaning service. “We have stayed at this place for years. Quality has gone down. They are letting the place go. Whenever we check in the past few times they are always out to lunch, they are never around. The place is falling apart. Pool dirty. No channels on tv anymore. I think we had 4 channels, maybe. This place used to be a hidden gem.”
