So much room and beautiful grounds!

We’ve stayed at the property previously and enjoyed ourselves very much. This trip we had some trouble with ants in the kitchen going after our breakfast muffins. The staff was attentive and came to the room for treatment however I would’ve appreciated a more significant compensation for our troubles. We will return for a future stay regardless.

Will stay somewhere else next time.

The property was very dated, and the room had a musty smell. We were comfortable and relatively quiet. We could hear everything from our neighbors. At the front desk, we were informed that there was a long waitlist for a room. Then, they told us to see the lady at the desk to get the parking pass. It was a sales pitch, and we had to be rude after we both said we don't want a timeshare and aren't interested in sitting through a presentation. She was snappy back because we don't care about the $200 or discounts for going through with it. We're on vacation, so we don't want a used car salesman trying to sell us things.

This is an exceptional luxury property for the value. We have stayed at both the Marriott vacation villages in the World Center over the last few years and I would highly recommend either Sabal, or Royal Palms. The resort is an excellent get away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. We make sure to schedule one day to just be at the hotel! Cannot recommend enough. They go out of their way to help out, such as offering half day rates when your flight does not leave until the evening. Thanks to the whole team at Royal Palms!

Spacious 2-bedroom apartment conveniently located near the Disney Parks. The unit was spotless and well-prepared, with plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows. The large kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus. We also enjoyed full access to all the amenities at the World Center hotel, just a quick and easy 3-minute shuttle ride away. The only drawback was the lack of a direct shuttle service to the Disney parks, which meant we had to rely on Uber/Lyft. Unfortunately, many drivers had trouble locating the Royal Palm Villas.

I had high hopes based on the pics posted on this property. Check-in was smooth and prior to arrival I had requested a late check in due to travel delays. Staff was kind to follow up with text to ensure our safe arrival. I had requested a villa not on the ground floor and was told the property was at capacity and unable to accommodate. Totally understood but when I arrived at the unit the villa had a musty odor and was unpleasant. The bathrooms are dated and in need of a remodel. The water pressure extremely low in second bathroom and it took forever to shower. The windows need to be replaced to avoid draft and outside noise. Positive note: the villa was fully stocked with all supplies and I did not need housekeeping to enter the villa during our stay. Based on my experience, I won’t be returning to this villa in the future.

Where to begin? First of all, the grounds are immaculate the staff at the front desk. We're very personable, very polite, very courteous. We're very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They were extremely helpful when we had questions over the phone, they were clear and concise. The room was amazing. The villa that we had had 2 full bedrooms. A full kitchen, a full living room and dining room. It also had a screened in patio. The rooms were immaculate. They were very accommodating when it came to towels or other amenities like laundry soap, they had A full washer and dryer in the unit. It was truly a relaxing and amazing experience. If you love golf, there is a course within the property. They have large pools and one of the larget pools in central Florida, and the Marriott World Hotel, just next door. Finally, they had a full 2 person. Soaker tub with Jacuzzi jets. If you're looking to relax, that's the tub to be in. We give the Marriott Royal Palms 10 stars out of 5. If you wanna pamper yourself or your special someone for anniversaries, birthdays, a surprise getaway, this is the place to take them. Dont wait, book your stay today. John L.

I booked this for me and my family while we visited Disney. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at our hotel. It was a 2 bedroom suite, with a decent kitchen, living area, dining nook, 2 full baths, and a balcony! I believed the original booking stated 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. I guess I missed the details or that it was a "villa," but this place was so spacious! Kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with pots, cups, utensils. No dish soap though. Each bedroom had a small closet with hangers. Where I'm from you cannot even find a 2 bedroom apt this big! Despite lack of interaction with staff, other than check-in and out, everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful! A hotel is a just place for us to shower and sleep. We're up by 7A and back by 7P so we don’t need the extra amenities available in and around the resort. Aside from other resorts in the complex, there is absolutely nothing else nearby so keep that in mind when booking. We Uber'd to and fro the parks, which took 10-15 min max. Heavier traffic to Universal (25 min). About 40-45 min to and from MCO. My only suggestion is to clear the branches that are blocking the sign to Royal Palms. Our taxi driver (for some reason did not use his GPS and was only relying on road signage 😑) missed the turn to get in. It was only after guidance from resort staff that he finally found the entrance. Will definitely consider staying here again!
