Had a pleasant stay here back in March 2026. All the workers we encountered were very nice and friendly. The place was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The rooms/bathrooms were a bit outdated but it wasn’t a big issue. One corner part of the island in the kitchen came off and we called the front desk for maintenance and they came within 30 minutes to fix it. The pool was fun, kids had a lot of fun. Would stay here again

Juan at check in was professional and courteous. The ladies on departure was understanding. From the first morning after checking in the breaker would trip in master bedroom and the once in another bedroom. The toilets are not standard height. They are low as those in the elementary schools for kindergartners. The unit was clean and fresh. The vouchers received with my revelation was nice since you pay a daily resort fee. Would definitely stay again because the family and I enjoyed.

I have stayed here several times in the past and loved it. Seems to have gone downhill a bit. Room was definitely not very clean (floors sticky, handprints on walls/doors, previous guest left laundry, etc). Pool was filthy and jacuzzi didn’t work first few days there. They did have some clean the pool snd fix the hot tub after we were there a few days. We still made the best of everything! Food and drinks on property was great!

This was a very nice surprise for spring break with my family. Large rooms, kitchen, living room and patio. Not to mention heated pool and Starbucks, My teenage granddaughters loved it. Will definitely be back.
