"The room was clean, water nice and hot, plenty of eateries to choose from, beds was comfortable as hell. Would I come back? Hell yeah!! I really enjoyed my weekend here. Hotel staff was A1!! Fantabulous customer service!! No complaints here."

"Aside from the room needing a slight upgrade, the bathroom smelled wet due to not having vents to remove the steam after showering, I had to go out and purchase a plug in. The hotel was nice & quiet. Excellent location to Universal, lots of amenities for a seven year old, she especially liked the ice cream parlor and splash pad. I will stay again. Bathroom needs upgrading for sure. "

"Absolutely love staying here! Very kid friendly, lots to do. If you get tired of roaming the hotel, with your room key you can go to the other universal hotels and get access to their pools and restaurants. There’s constant shuttles to City Walk until 2 AM! They take you and bring you back to the hotel. Room service is great, good service great food! No complaints "
"This was the first family trip in a very long time. We had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and the employees were anll very friendly and helpful. We loved the waterpark and the arcade. Only thing that we could complain about was our room location. It was on the first floor facing the lobby check in area. So while we tried relaxing on the patio it was hard due to the high number of cars and buses coming and going at al hours of the day and night. Also, waiting to retrieve my id after borrowing a luggage cart. Both times I had to wait a while for someone to come and assist me. We also had to ask multiple times to have our room restocked of paper products and trash bags. "
