"The room we stayed was clean, we’ve stayed here before. However this time the AC in the room did not work. No matter how much we turn the temp down it wouldn’t allow us to go below 69. Not sure why. We just end up turning on the fan. When turning on water in the shower/sink it had an odd smell - not sure if it’s from the pipe or what."

"Excellent stay for Spring Break! Food at the restaurant was amazing! Everywhere was so clean. The cleaning crew stopped in our room everyday with new towels, made our bed. The arcade was great. No complaints from our family. "

"Everything was great. The room was big enough for my family, everyone was able to enjoy & still have their own space if needed. It was lots of things to keep us occupied throughout the day if we didn’t want to leave the property. It’s located perfectly, because it’s not too far from the attractions we chose. They had all the kitchen supplies we’d need, besides food & seasonings. It was a really great experience & I’d definitely book again. Thank you! "

"Upon entering our unit on the resort, it was less than ideally clean. I had noted I required a room close to pool as I was with some seniors who required easy access. The elevator near our room was not functioning so we had to get in the car to drive to areas closer to the pool. I did mention to the staff and they were willing to change rooms, which was nice. One staff stood out (nemesis). She was authentic and kind :). In terms of amenities overall, very busy and never a pool lounger to be found, which was also difficult to being with seniors. The cost of things in the marketplace were shocking."

"Great place to stay for a good price. Rooms are not updated but they are clean. Nice pool area and the breakfast is a plus! It’s close to everything. My only complaint is the shower doesn’t get hot enough but for the good price and cleanliness I’ll definitely stay again."
