"My stay was not only comfortable and immaculate, but every single one of the staff was friendly, helpful, and on point. From the Bell Hops Kip and Dan, the wonderful staff of the Sunshine Cafe, who delivered the best breakfast buffet I've had at a hotel in years, to the clerks who checked me in and the bartender of the American Grill. All of you deserve a raise! The room was also wonderful, with a great view, very clean and well stocked, it was the best stay I've had in years. I will certainly return the next time I am in the area!"

"We loved our stay here! The buses to and from universal were so convenient so we just had to pay for an Uber to and from the airport. This hotel has a Starbucks, a cafe where you can order food and packaged items like cereal and drinks, and they have their own universal store where you can get many of the items and promotional items they have in the parks. (They even still have the Bunty interactive wands other stores ran out of). Everyone was kind and accommodating to us! Rooms were clean! "
