Beautiful hotel, The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us adjoining rooms which came in very handy. The kids loved the pool and other games there. The proximity to the parks is great. Unlimited express was a nice perk.

Didn’t stay overnight as used as a ghost room one night stay for two days of express passes in the parks. The hotel looked very nice though, check in was efficient and we used the boat to take us straight to the parks.

Spotlessly clean, a lovely fragrance in the lobby and ever so helpful staff! The free express passes are worth it as we only waited 30 mins even for the busiest of rides. The water taxis are a great, relaxing way to city walk avoiding a lot of the crowds around security too.

The resort was great and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The only downside was transportation if you weren't using the water taxi. The signs for the shuttle bus were easy to miss and left is wondering if we were in the right place at first.
