We always use this hotel whenever we are visiting Universal and are never disappointed. All staff are excellent and go out of their way to please. You are really close to the parks and City Walk, plus there is the added advantage of a large swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel and ideal for access to Orlando Studios Florida/ Islands of Adventure via a 15 minute riverside walk or a boat trip. Pool was lovely, great design of hotel. Staff were excellent at check in. Very helpful, polite and patient. Very easy access to Universal Studios and having express passes included for both parks made this well worth booking.

This Lowe’s property was nothing short of amazing from valet arrival to departure, staff from arrival to departure, kind, courteous very knowledgeable. Chef at onsite restaurant inquired of the outrageous stark order placed by my 7 year old daughter, he had to come over and see for himself. His approach and conversation spoke volumes on his passion for delivering top tier cuisine. Property has the best perks for universal visitors. I must say you get what you pay for! First visit and definitely will be returning.

We had an amazing stay! The property was clean, well maintained, and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was convenient and well organized. Breakfast offered a great variety, and every part of our experience was enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The resort was beautiful as always, each year we love to visit this one resort! Always welcoming and just a beautiful place to stay and relax. Close to all the outside attractions and stores in the area. Me and my family love it!

This was the perfect property to stay at for one night, to get the two day express passes for Isles of adventure and Universal Studios. It was walking distance on the hotel to both parks.. We had no problems parking in the hotel car park suggest you arrive early in the morning though.

We loved staying here. The kids had a blast in the pool. We loved the accessibility to USF and Islands. Staff was very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.
