I was surprised by the room size we had. two beds, salon, kitchinette. Very clean, staff were great in helping. Breakfast did not have many choices, but just what we wanted. i would come back for sure.

the room was nearly exact to the photos available. definitely a lot roomier than i was expecting as well, although the bathroom was smaller. everything was functioning perfectly and wifi/tv setup was a breeze. the front desk was the cherry on top! both of the ladies i talked to during the morning and afternoon were kind and helpful. i would definitely book here again whenever i plan on coming back to orlando :)

Our 6am flight was cancelled and we had to book a last minute hotel. Not only did this hotel have a availability but they allowed us to check in really, really early. The beds were comfortable, the location was 17 minutes from the airport and directly across from Universal Studios and tons of restaurant options nearby.

Staff was very nice, smiling all the time and very friendly. Breakfast was good except same food everyday. Room cleaning was okay, I asked them to provide extra towels one day, but it did not happen. So I did not ask them again. Another thing surprised me is they only make the beds and took the garbages out, they do not touch the used glasses around the room. It may not be a big deal but it was annoying when you enter the room after a long tiring day. Also bathroom tub was very old which made it look like dirty, my kids hesitate the use it. There were scratches and permanent stains in it.
