"Really a great place two stay. Great for all ages. The food at the pizza place not too great. But there are plenty of places to eat , five minutes down the road , swimming pool and spa were sparkling. Just wish they were open later. Our room was very clean and accommodating and comfortable. "

"I am writing to share feedback regarding our recent stay at your property. We have stayed with you the past two years and previously rated our experiences a 9 or 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, this most recent visit felt significantly below the standards we had come to expect. The beach area was noticeably unkempt, with personal items left behind in the sand and even submerged just beneath the surface of the water. We had to actively avoid or remove debris to enjoy the area safely. Around the pool, after rainfall, the chairs were left wet and unattended. Staff did not appear proactive in wiping them down or ensuring the area was guest-ready, which gave the impression of a lack of attentiveness. Additionally, the property overall seemed to lack the brightness and upkeep we remembered. In prior years, the landscaping was vibrant and beautifully maintained. This time, it felt as though maintenance and presentation were being let go. "
