"The Staff was exceptionally good and professional, the hotel needs some upgrades. The amenities like Continental breakfast NOT include EGGS only bread and cereals. The room not have iron you need to request, TV needs to be updated they are olds and low service of channels, the TV remote control doesn’t work and not have lid was cover tape. The location was great in Kissimmee near to old town in Kissimmee. "

"Room with bunk beds was great. Breakfast was delicious with many options for everyone. Waterpark was great too. Lots of other great amenities too."

"Room key cards aren’t working half the time resulting in multiple trips down to reception to reset key cards. Not ideal for a relaxing vacation experience. Appears to be a known issue at this facility where nearly every employee complained and yet the management seems unwilling to fix it. "

"Conference rooms are far from hotel, so if you forgot something, you have to run marathon to grab something(but good for health) L&L bar gets noisy after people having few drinks"

"Everything was great! From check in to checkout! We were here for 17 nights, had a leaky kitchen faucet that was repaired within 20 mins of my call. Had cleaning service twice during our stay. Lovely pools, many activities, grilled several times. Great location, many restaurants, shuttle service. Very happy and have already booked another trip!"

"The property and amenities are great. Our unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 4. We did have to buy a non stick pan and chef’s knife to cook meals but the appliances in the kitchen worked great. The washing machine worked fine but was so ridiculously loud we had to run it early before the kids went to bed so it wouldn’t keep them up. Dryer was fine. We had a terrible experience with housekeeping and if you need to call guest services for anything it’s at least 15-20 to get anyone on the phone. Those were the only negatives though, overall we enjoyed our experience. "
