I stayed at this property for 28 days. During my stay, the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly. I reported the issue twice, and while maintenance did come out each time, the problem was never actually resolved. As a result, we spent several days in an uncomfortably warm room. After my stay, I requested a partial refund because we did not receive the level of comfort we paid for. Unfortunately, my request was ignored, and I never received a response. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but what matters is how they are handled. In this case, the issue remained unresolved, and the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. I hope management improves both its maintenance response and customer service so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Good location, good price but it was difficult to get them to understand the air conditioner situation. They came by twice to fix it and unfortunately it remained the same. It was very uncomfortable. We had two rooms and our stay was well over 20 days. They wouldn’t even give us a partial refund after such an unpleasant experience.

The room served its purpose. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were no extra towels and no safe in the room. We lost power for 12 hours and discovered cockroaches in the room.

The day after I checked in, they started a complete remodel on the room below me so I had to listen to them gut the room and do construction the whole time. Host replied about the remote and ghosted when I messaged them about the construction.

in a nice and convenient area, the room was clean but housekeeping never came in once. the only time i spoke to staff was at check in and she was kind. parking was very convenient, there was always a spot near my door so i never had to walk far. the air conditioning worked very nice in the heat but it did make some funny noises. overall a good place to stay for the price!
