"Good location next to Boston good rate good sized room but AC didn’t work in a hotel smelled weird"

"The breakfast was outstanding and never has such excellent breakfast.the varieties were many choices and healthy. Everyday there was a different breakfast menu. Thecattendant was very cooperative and helpful. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The soap was too Good with very citrus smell. I could not find anything lacking in the hotel. This hotel was cheaper by 10% than other Best Western hotels."

"The hotel is in a great location near lots of stores. Roomy with kitchenette. Just had a bad experience with people a floor above fighting off and on in the middle of the night. Left message at front desk. Fighting stopped about 30 mins after our call. Otherwise it was a good experience."

"Room was exceptionally clean, all staff was friendly, especially late night staff when we checked in. Very helpful with answering questions. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices. Loved that coffee was available 24/7."

"I told the front desk I would like extended check out and was told I had till 12. At 9:30 someone opened my door while I was about to take a shower. Thank god my boyfriend had the door lock on!!!! Felt extremely unsafe. How would you feel if some strangler just walks into your room. Even if it was housekeeping you can’t just do that. They did not knock or anything.Then around 11:00am we get a knock from housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and was told we had till 12 to leave."

The units are thoughtfully furnished with everything a traveler might need, and the kitchen allowed for the occasional meal in. Beds were new and very comfortable."
