โI stayed here for a short trip, and while the overall experience was okay, there were some inconveniences. Towels werenโt replaced, and guests were expected to wash them using the laundry machine. The room wasnโt very cleanโthere were hairs on the floor and dust on the lamp stand.
On the bright side, the heater kept the room warm, and a simple breakfast was provided, which was a nice touch. There was no hair dryer, but an iron and hangers were available.

โI was hoping it would be a very nice place from the pictures I saw online. I was not at all disappointed, everything was wonderful, the room was so beautiful, very clean and the linens were so comfy. The area around the Inn is lovely, very walkable, with plenty of shopping and restaurants.โ
โBed was very comfortable, breakfast buffet delicious and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The location is also excellent, next to tons of stores and restaurants. โ
โWe feel comfortable mostly for this stay. 2 places need improvement in our opinion: the breakfast area and the swimming pool.
Having 2 hotels in the same building (homewood & hampton), the breakfast area is just too small and narrow to accommodate many people at the same time. We arrive 30 min before it closes and there are so many people that you can't even grab and go. And food ran out so quickly that the staff can't keep up with. A better design of the area will help with the flow.
