“I'm hoping this listing has been removed, it's a scam. No check in details received and miraculously the location of the listing had moved since I made the booking. I had a stressful flight using wi-fi trying to get Expedia to understand that I hadn't received check in instructions. They didn't believe me, so 4 agents later, hours on the phone, I was stranded at 10pm at the airport. I had to make a new booking, thankfully there was a hotel with 24/7 check in with a room available. A couple more...

“The booking never occurred due to lack of access. No access was provided after waiting several hours. Alternative accommodation was unavailable due to being a holiday weekend, so I drove for several hours during the night to go home. Worst ever booking experience.”

“Amazing apartment in a quiet location. So close to heaps of cafes, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. We certainly recommend and will stay again. Check in was a bit tricky, finding the key safe but we certainly enjoyed our week staying at lakeside, Kingston.”

“Very easy instructions to follow. Clean and tidy”

“Check in process is a nightmare! Not recommended.”
