"Ther facility had a lot of worn carpet and areas needing painting The pictures on Expedia are not representative of current The restaurant was mediocre at best. The hostess really tried and was attentive. However why ask how do I want my burger cooked? if you're just going to tell me the kitchen will only do it well done. I've also have never in my life eaten at a restaurant where I didn't have an option for medium rare. The room window faced a brick wall and garbage was everywhere outside the window l The shuttle is not complimentary (this would mean a service provided on behalf) So it cost about 6 pounds to get to terminal 3 Experience was disappointing for a Radisson"

"This is second time I have stayed at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Staff are excellent and do friendly. Food is great, especially the restaurant at night. We paid for executive room and the view was amazing. Only thing that I can say is, it was disappointing to not have access to the executive lounge and then to find out this lounge is only available between 9-5. And still needs to pay extra for. All and all I would still highly recommend and would definitely go back."
