"We were in town to see the Wolves play. For this reason, the hotel was absolutely perfect. A very short walk to the stadium. However, the hotel was run down and the beds were atrocious. But again, because of the location, it was worth it. "

"We received a very warm welcome, with lots of relevant information provided. We were offered help with luggage, which was very much appreciated. The room and en suite bathroom were both large and the bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows already in the wardrobe if needed. High quality tea and coffee provided in the room. The soap and shower gel smelt divine! A very friendly chat with reception staff on check out, and they seemed genuinely keen to know if we'd enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this hotel :)"

"Tryed 4 rooms 1st room i went into tv was broken and the bed base was broken room was very run down carpet was worn out 2nd room roof was leaking plast was hanging from celing as it was leaking bathroom was discussing tryed 2 other room and there was pubic hairs on the bed matress and bedding was stained rude staff left after half an hour and they refused me a refund would not stay a hostel would be cleaner picture must be AI as the rooms look nothing like on the hotels app"

"The room is basic but didn’t have anything like a hairdryer like most hotels have, the water system made a terrible racket all the while I had to close the bathroom door so I could sleep, also when I booked it offered breakfast it’s the only reason I booked the hotel over other options available so disappointed to be told there is no breakfast offered, the staff were lovely and very helpful."
