"It's the great property near the lake. I recommend anyone to stay here. There is only one improvement on the convenience using the microwave. The hotel staff guided us to inform the owner of convenience store to use the microwave, and the owner hated it big time even after I bought some. "I was extremely disappointed with this property. This has been the first disappointing experience in my 2 month’s long trip in Korea. When I arrived to check in, the staff was very disorganized and they didn’t even know I was coming. They kept asking for my reservation number.
