Have loved to stay longer. Fabio was extremely helpful and welcoming. Ensuring we knew how to operate all the modern up to date facilities. It was absolutely spotless, extremely well maintained and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was beautifully presented, very fresh, with everything you could wish for. Honestly have put on a few pounds. Short walk to main square which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Loved it.

โA national rail strike in Italy on the day we were supposed to arrive upended all our plans, resulting in our arriving very late. The hotel accommodated our late arrival so we were able to check in with no problems. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfastโ

Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the hostโs warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable.

โSicuramente posizione ottima, in centro. Posteggio comodo in box privato, non sempre disponibile ma a noi รจ andata bene e abbiamo potuto utilizzarlo. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, con una bella vista e non rumorosa. Bagno pulito e molto comodo.

Uniche 2 pecche: la mancanza di ascensore, ma avrei dovuto informarmi e leggere la parte dedicata, e la luce del climatizzatore che รจ molto forte e per chi ama dormire al buio puรฒ dare fastidio. Ma cose davvero...

โWir hatten eine wundervolle entspannte und kulinarisch wertvolle Woche in Borgo La Casetta. Es ist schรถn auf hotels.com solch ein Juwel zu finden. Der Familienbetrieb lebt toskanische Gastfreundschaft. Vom Frรผhstรผck bis zum Abend-/Mittagessen waren wir hervorragend umsorgt. Laura, Marcello und Michelangelo lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Marcell, der "Chef" hat die in der Kรผche die Glutenunvertrรคglichkeit meiner Frau bestens berรผcksichtig - ein wahrer Gaumenschmaus. โ
