โI made a reservation 8 nights. Between staying, I realized clogged bathtub drain. The hotel changed the room. It was nice. This is a hotel for one day stay.
After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved.
Please cancel the double-charged fee.โ
โThe room was very clean and quite large, with great amenities for storing clothes etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Olympia has quite a large homeless population, and they are very present wherever you go, including around the townplace suites. But we were able to walk around with no problems. I would like to have had a reasonably clean window to look through since the view from our room was rather nice, but unfortunately the glass was filthy and covered with bird droppings. Kind of...

One thing is that with new towels every 3 days there should be another place to hang out towels between uses. Please add a towel rod in the bathrooms โ
โA 1 night stay for us. The room was huge! plenty of room for our family. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our son who slept on the pullout couch said he could feel the springs in the mattress all night. The breakfast was good and had many choices - waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and all the typical breads/pastries and fruits. โTHIS WAS MY 4 TIME RESERVING FOR MY NEPHEWS AND IT WAS NOT UNTIL AFTER THE 4 STAY THAT I GET A CALL FOR AN INCIDENTAL CHARGE THAT HAPPENEND ON THE 1ST STAY. AND APPARENTLY THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE THE PET FEE ON THE LAST STAY. โ
