"Great stay in Lévis. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The hot tub was actually hot which can be hard to come by at some hotels.. and pool water was a nice temperature also. The breakfast was okay. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potato/has browns and baked beans every day. Toast, cereal, yogurt, and some fresh fruit also available. A nice small bar at pool side is also available."

"We stayed three nights for our ten year anniversary. From the moment we pulled to the door, we were met with 'Bonjour,' smiles and attentive service. The room was reasonably priced for a historic, 5-star hotel. The rooms appear to be sound proof. Sam's and Le Champlain restaurants were delicious with attentive staff. Dufferin offered a wide variety for breakfast but was my least favorite. The pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. I was concerned staff did not say anything to the adult female, in the pool with a wine glass I'd stay again should I desire to return to Quebec City. Thanks for the memories!"

"L’hôtel Québec offre un superbe séjour pour les familles. L’offre de services pour les enfants est super ( maquillage, spectacle de magie, educazoo, jeux gonflables…en plus de la piscine). Les spectacles offerts sont biens aussi, mais l’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas assez bon pour canceller le bruit à l’heure du coucher. Donc, super hôtel, mais j’aurais apprécié que les spectacles terminent un peu plus tôt."

"Stayed here for a night to get as close to Petit-Champlain as possible without selling a kidney! 😂 Being roughly a 30-minute drive away wasn’t bad at all, especially with parking included. We also needed a pet-friendly hotel since my partner had his little Chihuahua with us. We booked this hotel last-minute on the day of our stay and had absolutely no issues with the puppy or anything else. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, spoke English very well, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was also a great addition for our family of four (plus our doggy)! My only critique would be that the pool was quite cold. The pool room itself was very warm, which made the water feel even colder than expected. I’ve definitely been in indoor pools that were warmer! Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay here again."
