Lovely, comfortable little annex which they upgraded for me on arrival :) Breakfast was lovely with a huge choice and it was so nice to have decent coffee too. The staff were all so happy and friendly-nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying again!”

“we only stayed over one night. The food was adequate and cooked well three courses Breakfast was well presented with good choices very friendly Staff. Whilst there we noticed that there was a swimming pool for the guests also entertainment of an evening which was good fun. Over all a good stay but a bit dated”

“Charming and character-full hotel with lovely Enid Blyton memorabilia for those of us who have fond memories of growing up with her stories. The location is beautiful, across the road from the ocean and beaches, along with several excellent walks. My room was very comfortable and cosy with nice updates, although part of the charm of the hotel is its age which does show in some of the common areas. “I was attending a course in the leisure centre next door. The Aqua was an excellent, relaxed place to stay. The staff/owners were polite, friendly and generated a relaxed atmosphere. The small, well stocked bar carried on this relaxing, informal atmosphere. (The squeaky bar stools could do with fixing but were still amusing) The food is top notch and very affordable.
