Homeless guy sleeping in the lobby and staff refused to address it. Meth head zombie outside the room window walking back and forth. Requested a different room on the second floor which didn’t have outlet covers, a hair drier, or an iron but it did have a plunger in a gross plastic bag in the corner of the bathroom. Air conditioner controls were all busted out and didn’t work. Lobby carpet needed to be despirately cleaned. The breakfast was ok though.

I loved the location so forest . A lot of things to do great restaurants within the resort.

The room had black mold, smelled and the bathroom and hall floors looked like they had not been mopped in awhile. It is not what I would expect for an $800 a night hotel room.
