“We had a really good stay. Only a flying visit to meet friends. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with around a 10-minute walk into the main town, making it really convenient for exploring Worcester. We also parked in the pub car park next door, which was really handy, and enjoyed having a drink and some food there too. The car reg thing wasn’t working and we did check this with the pub staff. “Awful ! Derelict property in need of total revamp. No bar no restaurants no amenities to speak of! Grudgingly stayed one night cancelled the rest of my stay and moved elsewhere. Avoid!”

“Beautiful hotel, perfectly situated, Great golf course. Food was . superb, excellent spa.”

“On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you”

“Lovely old pub in beautiful location, excellent breakfast, with home made preserves. The dinner menu looked very exciting but sadly we were dining elsewhere. Staff most helpful, carrying luggage and providing information. There is an onsite brewery! The night was extremely hot, so difficult to sleep, but very comfortable bed and well equipped room. The bathroom could have done with refurbishment to the tiling and taps, but was acceptable. There is a large parking area, by the river garden.”
