"I didn't care for the Hotel at all!! The staff I dealt with were very rude! The area outside the hotel wasn't inviting and seemed a bit sketchy! The room smelled like old cigarettes, and to to it off, they let people know after checking in that Cincinnati water works has to shut the water off from 8a.m. To 12p.m. the following day. They didn't even compensate any monies or offer anything for the inconvenience. I will never stay there again, and I don't recommend anyone do!"

"Clean room, nice shower, comfortable bed, breakfast was fresh, always well stocked, and varied offerings. Absolutely would stay here again."

"The bar on their website is not open and the one in the restaurant doesn’t open until 5pm. Our room smelled musty and like sulphur. The smell was really intense when we came back for the night. We definitely won’t be back. Not worth the price they charge."

"The art is very unique and we loved every part of the stay. The staff was helpful at every point in the day, and the valet was polite and the service was prompt. We were told 20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought up, and it was brought up in only 7 minutes. Very efficiently run establishment, my only regret is that I wasn’t able to try the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that it was very excellent."
