"First of all, if you are staying at a Westin for the brand of “heavenly beds” and a nicer, more elevated hotel, forget it! They haven’t put a dime into this place. Peeling wallpaper, old carpeting & outdated furniture. Service was beyond bad if you can call it service. Nobody was friendly and literally GRUNTED when I said good morning. I could go on and on about what a dump this place is. I will go elsewhere next time. "

"Its clean. Staffs are nice. I dont like the breakfast. There was only one staff cooking for breakfast, we had to wait for a long time and all we had only sausage and eggs. But room no complaints"

"Great on-site parking, 1/2 block from UC campus, nice updated lobby and sitting area, comfy beds, big bathroom & room. Highly recommend."

"The air conditioning was noisy, and the view overlooked a dirty rooftop. The shower was difficult to use because the hot water was scalding while the cold water pressure was very weak. The pillowcases and towels even had holes in them. I stayed here about six years ago, and the property was much better maintained back then."
