โThe property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. โOverall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game youโre right next door. โ
โWe booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation.
Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on โฆ....
โGreat property which was close to Great American Ballpark and the Taft Theatre which were the two reasons I traveled to CincinnatiโI got in at 1am and they were very accommodating at the front deskโI forgot the gentlemanโs name but he was very, which was welcomed after a 16 hour travel dayโI originally had a reservation at another property but they lost my reservation and I had to scramble last minute (1am) and these folks were more than welcoming to meโthanksโ
โWe loved our stay at Mainstay Suites!!! We were traveling with our 13 year old granddaughter and she LOVED the privacy of the kitchen and pull-out sofa bed being separate from our beds and bathroom. Everyone was super nice!!! The lady in the breakfast area, the guys at the desk and all the maids were extremely nice!!! There was one young black girl, must have been head of housekeeping, (I regret not getting her name.) she had such a welcoming spirit. Always smiling and giving an encouraging...
โI forgot to get the invoice and called them in few hours to email it. I was transferred to another centre where it was so difficult speak with a rep. Donโt understand why this was a difficult task for the rep I spoke with at the hotel. It literally took 20 minutes on the phone back and forth. โ
โThe hotel offers nice, clean rooms, and we loved the breakfast. It is located in downtown with many options of dining around. One thing we havenโt been aware, it was that no refrigerator in the room and we couldnโt request one because we've booked the room through a third party.
