Great stay for the cost! Checking in and out was a breeze. Room was clean, comfortable and had a great view of Fountain Square just below. Just a note that the parking garage is not owned by the hotel. It’s publicly owned space and just located underneath the hotel building. But the rate listed on the hotel site is if you leave your car overnight and is correct.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Well staffed got everyone checked in quickly even with a long line. Room clean, bedding comfortable, great view, great price. Location fantastic, walked to Heritage Arena and walked to local bars and restaurants, didn't need a car or bus. Parking garage only $21 self park for one night. I'll be back!

Good location and exceptionally fast elevators . While at other hotels you may wait even 5 min for one here they came instantly . Hotel is quite dated with paint peeling off on doors albeit clean and spacious rooms . The lobby is not very inviting
