"The room needs upgrading because the floors were like lifting and the walls are yellow and they look cheap. Also the room that we stayed in was too noisy close to the highway make it almost impossible for us to sleep. Also the smell of the room wasn’t nice. "

"We always stay at a Hampton Inn when traveling, because we love the waffles at breakfast. The Hampton Inn billboard on our drive up even said “Waffles and wi-fi”. Small issue in the grander scheme of things, but we missed having waffles. "

"We did not get any sleep!!! The outside construction worked all night pounding and tearing up the concrete road. The hotel new about the construction work but didnt let anyone know this would take place. It was so loud that you couldnt hear the TV. This was nonstop all night!! We talked to the front desk and all they said was , "sorry" I know plenty of people complained, it was horrible. We should be completely refunded for our stay. Not only the construction noise but the.barf on the back of the bathroom door was disgusting as well. I would never ever recommend this hotel. "

"I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. They don't tell you that the pool is not heated, so my kids couldn't use the indoor pool because it was ice cold. Other than that, good stay and really friendly staff, but extremely disappointing that the amenities aren't really what they say."

"This was a fun hotel with lots of character. Clean room, friendly service. Having in room microwave/fridge would be nice. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Overall we enjoyed it. "

"The front desk staff could definitely benefit from additional customer service training. While some interactions were fine, one particular staff member—an older woman working the front desk—was consistently unpleasant and took away from the overall experience. On a positive note, the food options were a highlight. The availability of a buffet was convenient and appreciated, and the manager seemed to make an effort to maintain consistency in that area. Unfortunately, the service at the front desk overshadowed the positives. "
