“Clean room, great hot breakfast, courteous staff”

“I was in town for a conference, which took place at the Graduate. My room was very clean, which means a lot to me. I asked for extra towels and a couple of other items and the gentleman who delivered them to my room was very professional and friendly. The staff at the bar in the lobby were also great!”

“The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive.”
