"We had an amazing experience at this hotel! Excellent location, close to the subway with lots of places to eat, shop and sightseeing. Staff was friendly and professional. The room was spotless and made us feel very safe during the pandemic. It was a pity that the executive lounge was closed as I heard it has a great view, but the service and happy hour was provided at the lobby bar. The summer whether in Wuhan was scorching, but our trip was very pleasant thanks to Wanda Realm."

"The hotel has two towers. At first they put me in Tower B, claiming it was a upgrade. I realized it was a cheat. First, the condition of the room was terrible as you can see some part the carpet inside and outside the room are rotten. The size of the room is about 20 square meters, rather than 42 square meters that I ordered. The room was also very noisy. The next day, I complained, and they moved us to Tower A, claiming again another upgrade. The second room was better, but I still do not think...

"the room was in an old building, poorly lighted. the room is poorly maintained, even though they tried to stuff the room with amenities, it did not give the comfortable feeling. The furniture was probably 20+ years old and never updated. The hotel is at a convenient location and that's the major reason I booked it."

Neither the front desk nor the concierge could give clear information about how to find the underpass, which was really close but hidden when we found out incidentally by ourselves. They could easily take us down there in a minute but they chose not to. Not good service. Something I learned from staying at this hotel： the extravagant affluent designs and settings does not really guarantee a quality service. "
