"I was able to walk along a sidewalk toward a more residential area. The key card did not open pool door for us and others' keys didn't work either. Please repair."

"My son and I stayed for three days/two nights. It is conveniently located as the museums and downtown area are within walking distance. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel restaurant served delicious meals and the waitstaff was friendly. I highly recommend staying here. My only complaint is that the freeway is right next to the hotel and was a bit noisy at night. "
