โThe staff members were very attentive and very respectful. 5 stars to them, give those fine folks a raise!!! Didn't care for the area though, I was racially discriminated against just standing out on the sidewalk along Asylum street. I dont plan on ever coming back to Hartford but if by some act of God, I had to c9me back no matter what, Id stay at the Goodwin.โ
โProfessional, pleasant and helpful staff. Stayed here because it was convenient to my early morning destination. Basic room but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was available early, even on Saturday. Would stay here again.โ
โBasically the worst. I found men's underwear and trousers in the hotel bathroom. They told me they will give me $20 discount. The owner of the hotel was extremely aggressive and defensive when I told him I found men's underwear in the toilet. Seemed like somebody was in a hurry, and the underwear was extremely dirty.โ
