Travelled as a family with infant. Food was good - variety and quality. Only had breakfast and 1 buffet dinner. Room size and amenities was as per booking. But there were issues. 1st issue was with the 1st room. Smelt like someone smoked in the room. Windows were opened and air purifier provided. ...

Courteous and well informed staff. Helpful. Good English Clean and well designed room. Automatic blinds a real plus. Lovely bath and shower. Toilet was a very modern 'Japan style'
