"Everything is amazing… but I’m a bit surprised that an international hotel has so few people that actually speak English. I mean… the few we found were extremely helpful but I literally was told that we had to wait until the person with good English finish dinner… not ideal.

It is not weekend and still is the same price as when I booked on Expedia. I asked can be charged by the average of my booking price? The front said : 1st they don’t follow the expedia( but I booked by USA Expedia?);2nd they don’t take foreign currency (I said I can Paid them by RMB).Then the typical “bargain Dance” started. Finally, the managers on duty sticked to charge $18 dollars RMB more than the price...

"Great stay. Super comfortable. Mancy at front desk was very helpful extending my stay. The gym and spa are good. A bit messy and limited water but sauna and steam room were excellent."
"This is a very stylish boutique hotel. You go through a small street to enter but presently surprised with a welcoming lobby. Rooms are more on the modern style. Our floor has the Bruce Lee theme and decoration. The laundry room and the gym are a bonus. Rooms are clean. Hotel location is very convenient."
