"The property is nice, felt secured. It’s clean, room was more spacious than other hotels in Japan. The staff were vey friendly and nice. The room was ready at 1:30 pm but did not give us the keys right away. I was told to wait until 3 pm or pay extra to check in early which I thought was ridiculous and penny pinching. Was a turn off. Back in USA, it would have been made available to guests to make our stay comfortable."

"Very nice and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was very good. If you don't mind walking Toyosu Market and the Toyosu waterfront area is about 20 minutes away. There are a couple of subway stations and convenience stores about 10 minutes away. The Hotel is connected to a mall with restaurants. I would recommend going to the supermarket in the basement for good microwavable food. The are microwave ovens on several floors in the hotel."

"We stayed in a junior suite as we were a family of 3 - I can highly recommend this option as we had a huge room on the 20th floor (2023) with fabulous views of the Tokyo tower and skyline, two king size beds and a single, plus a living room / dining area and small kitchen space. The room came with a free minibar, restocked at every room clean or turn down, as well as access to a club lounge (think business class lounge) with free food and drink throughout the day. Breakfast was either in your room, at the à la carte restaurant or at the buffet. The first two options are identical, and a little odd. (Veg soup and salad with your western breakfast?) the buffet was fabulous and def our fave. I would note that arriving less than half an hour before it ends at 10am is not recommended. Superb location 3 mins from the tube and an easy walk to plenty of great places to eat and drink. Overall we loved this hotel and would 100% return."
