"Great place away from Tokyo/Osaka big cities, 2 stops from Shizuoka Station and they have an open air shuttle to pick you up from the station. Our family was amazed from the moment we checked in, room was spacious, clean, amenities were top of the line, decor was serenity with original Japanese beams/doors. "Stayed two nights for a solo business trip. The first thing when I arrived a room, there were two opened bottles of drink left on a desk and in a refrigerator which seems like cleaners did not clean the room enough. Many dark dots of mold were very visible on liners in a bathroom as well. The facility itself and cleanness could've improved. However, staff in a front is freindly, so it is good enought for a solo-cheap trip, and stayed at a two-tree-star hotel that I believe."
