Upon arrival, the stuff was very welcoming and I was greeted with a smile. The gym stuff was very helpful especially Tita who provided a great Pilates class. Sadece bizim kaldığımız odada sıcak su termosifonla sağlandığı için tek kişi banyo yapınca su hemen soğudu ikinci kişiye sıcak su kalmadığı için tekrar ısınmasını beklemek zorunda kaldık onun dışında bir sorun yok. Açık büfe kahvaltıda çok çeşitli ve çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve işgili çok beğendik."

"This hotel was beyond filthy. The second I walked into the room, the stench hit me. The bathroom was revolting – mold all over the tiles, a disgusting shower, and a toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch anything. For the money I spent, I expected at least a clean room, but instead I got this dump. I felt dirtier after staying here than before I checked in. They “changed” our room the next day, but guess what? It was just as filthy. Nothing improved. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Zero customer service, zero care for guests. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Stay far, far away from this place. Total waste of money and a disgusting nightmare. 1* hotel!!!!"
