"Friendly staff and clean hotel room that is reasonably priced. There is limited parking space, but this hasn’t been an issue throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience overall and 10/10 satisfaction. However, the street outside gives motel vibes and may not be the best location for family with children."

"Location is convenient and near a lot of restaurants and shops. Hotel is clean. The breakfast is Korean food only. There’s no food service available after breakfast, so you must get food somewhere else. Luckily, lots of options around."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Lotte Hotel Ulsan. The air conditioning was a standout, it kept the room wonderfully cold, exactly how I like it! Coming back to such a cool room after exploring the city felt amazing. I also loved the shower. The water and overall shower experience were refreshing and made it easy to unwind after a long day. A properly cold room and a satisfying shower make a big difference to me, and those were highlights of this stay. I would happily return on my next visit to Ulsan!"

"Location of this hotel is very conenient to reach every interesting and historical points. Room was clean, Staffs are kind and smiling, Breakfast is good. Lot of parking spaces."

"The location was great as we also visited Gyeongju world. Options around the hotel for food outside are very limited so ended up going into the town every evening. Unfortunately the concierge were not very helpful when we asked questions on how best to see the sites, but just ended up using the internet to build our own itinerary. We had a family room for 4 but there were only 3 towels, 3 robes etc.. the first day we asked for extra, but then had to ask every other day. The buffet was good."
