日本式のウォッシュレットが付いています。
日本レストランがなくなってしまっていて残念でしたが、スタッフの対応はとても親切で、サービスも迅速・丁寧でした。
次回も泊まりたいと思います。

All the staffs are very polite and know what’s good services and provide them well.
Myanmar is one of those rare country where people always greet with smiles and give you what is fair and what you paid for and proud to provide what is due to you. They mostly refused Western way of tipping but if one is smart one rewards them as presents or for their young ones’ education.
This hotel is no exception.

日本語で挨拶してくれたり、フロントに行くと立って挨拶してくれたり接客の指導が行き届いているなと感じました。
チャリーヒルズ2回目ですが、朝食が5種類から選べてしかも美味しいです。ミャンマーで焼き魚（ホッケ）食べられると思いませんでした笑

総合的には満足です。お湯が出なかったり、髭剃りが入ってなかったり、トラブルは多少有りましたがすぐに対応して頂きました。
朝食が美味しく朝食メニューも豊富です。ランチも美味しいですよ。

こじんまりしていてとても清潔。部屋が広い。日本のテレビ番組を複数見ることもできるし、完全禁煙。スタッフのサービスも良い。 1階の日本食レストラン藤の坊は、朝食は複数の和食から選べる。サービスも早い。夜の中華料理も、若干高めであるがレベルが高い。本格的で味はよい。スタッフの態度も良い。日本人のビジネス客には便利。インターネット環境も全く問題ない。お勧め。

本当にいいホテルでした。
４泊ほど出張で滞在しました。スタッフの方々は全く申し分なく最高でした。朝食の味噌汁は３回頂きましたが、どれも最高に美味しかったです。普通の日本のホテルレベルではあの美味しさは出せません。ミャンマーでどうしたらあの味が出るのか本当に知りたいぐらいのレベルでした。空港からのタクシーから乗車するとき、小さいホテルだから誰も知らないと思ってましたが、OK！知っているといって安全に行くことができました。ほんといいホテルだと思います。

モーニングコール
到着時のホテルフロントは、テキパキとしており、レストランのスタッフも、日本語で丁寧に対応してくださり、とても安心感が有りました。ただし、頼んでおいたモーニングコールは、かなり遅れ、あ、ここはミャンマーなのだ！と思い出した次第です。バッゲージの移動もとてもスムーズ。室内も清潔ですし、また宿泊したいホテルでした。

日本人も大丈夫です
ルームサービスメニューなどは日本語で書かれていますので、注文は番号を言えば大丈夫です。
スタッフの日本語は諦めましょう。
英語はスタッフにより、まちまち。
日本人宿泊者も多いようです。

日本人向けのホテル
客室は広く、驚いたのはウォシュレットが付いていること。
また、朝食は6種類くらいから選ぶがどれも美味しく特に和食が美味しかった。
ホテルの周りには美味しいレストランやパゴダもあり、場所も悪くない。
従業員の教育も十分にされていて、日本語対応可なスタッフもいます。
総合的に良いホテルでした。

日本食が良い
以前にも宿泊しましたが、少しリノベーションしたようで部屋もキレイになってました。従業員も気さくに話しかけてくれ、印象は良かったです。また、朝食が日本食なのがとても良いです。
