“The staff remembered me from my last stay and I was greeted like an old friend. My room was recently renovated, was spotless and the bed was so comfortable that I hated to get up in the morning. I had a great conversation with a staff member over breakfast and checked out. They thanked me for my stay and I told them I would surely stay again in the future.”
