"This is by far the worst place I have ever booked. Let's start with the positives: The surroundings are amazing. it is quiet, green and barely any light pollution. (For the record we had stayed in 2 bungalows.) So, The pictures are not the truth. Everything is pretty much photoshoped. "We stayed at Nuup Hotel in mid-April, and even though the weather was still on the cooler side and the pool wasn’t open yet, the experience was absolutely lovely. The property itself is incredibly charming—tucked away between trees and mountains, it feels like a hidden retreat. With fewer guests during this time, the atmosphere was especially peaceful, quiet, and elegant. It’s easy to imagine how vibrant and even more enjoyable it would be in the warmer months when the pool is open and the surroundings are in full bloom. One of the highlights was the breakfast and restaurant area, which overlooks a small pond filled with animals. It adds such a unique and calming touch to the setting. The natural beauty around the hotel is truly special—lush, serene, and perfect for unwinding. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway immersed in nature, this is a fantastic spot. There are plenty of opportunities nearby for hiking and biking, and you’re only about a 30-minute drive from a stunning coastline. Overall, Nuup Hotel offers a peaceful escape with a lot of character. We’d definitely love to return in the summer to experience it in a different season."

"I have to say this was one of the strangest hotel stays I’ve ever had. When I arrived, the lobby TV was on and there were half-empty water bottles casually left around. The reception desk was unattended, but there was a room key sitting there along with a piece of paper containing my personal information—my name, phone number, etc. I later realized it was a registration form. I called the contact number and a man answered. He said he had stepped out and told me to just take the key he had left for me. I carried my luggage upstairs myself because the elevator starts from the second floor and my room was on the first. I went out for a while and came back later, but there was still nobody there. At one point I needed another blanket, so I checked several other rooms until I finally found one. The whole time I never saw a single person in the hotel. It honestly felt like walking into a hotel after a zombie apocalypse—everything was there, but no one was around. In the morning, I finally saw someone: a woman who had come in to clean. She told me the manager was outside in his car. I went out and met him. He seemed like a nice man, but a bit confused. I said goodbye and left the hotel. To be honest, there were a few other strange things too, but these were the highlights."

"The room was in a great location with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is at a walkable distance. The property is fairly new and very well kept. Overall very comfortable. The ones who are sensitive to sound while sleeping might not be okay with the music and chatting from the bars which are at the corner but that was okay with us. "
