โStaff was amazing! Our cruise got in early and the staff said we could use the pool until our check in time. Then came out an hour later to tell us our room was ready! They were so nice and accommodating definately will book again!! โ
โThe condition of the hotel was okay. However, the employee's work ability was poor. I reserved a room with two beds in one room. However, the room assigned was one bed in one room. I thought it was a mistake by the staff and checked again, but I was told an absurd excuse that the hotel does not have two beds in one room. With the help of the online reservation manager, Fortunately, I changed rooms. Then, I couldn't rest for over 3 hours. I will never use this hotel or any Hyatt affiliate again.โ
โCheck in was below average. Did not feel welcomed at all. No eye contact. No greetings. I did not even want to check the lady's name. If someone like that stays in this hotel, your NPS will never make it. However, breakfast was ok. The only thing great was the guy who was cleaning up the tables for the breakfast hours. Hardworking and doing his job the best way possible. I wouldn't want to come back. โ

โThe only thing that I will recommend is to be more open and communicative regarding parking and the inconvenience about it since they donโt provide it unless it is at a very high cost for you to use public parking that also have an extra cost, and my only advice will be that this in the future will be Noticed and communicated among guest so they can be prepared โ
โLoved our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself has a very nice restaurant and bar with a cafe as well. Our room was large and very well maintained. Other than hearing the traffic outside the room was quiet. Perfect location for walking to and from destinations. If you didnโt want to walk the hotel offers a free shuttle service up to 3 miles which we utilized. Only downside was having to pay $40 a day for valet service which wasnโt an option. Would definitely recommend staying here.โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing especially Carl. He did all he could to accommodate us from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. The room was spacious and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer than only one night. Will definitely be staying there again when visiting Tampa. โ
