Very basic and not comfortable

The apartment is part of a 300 apartments complex, very basic. It does not have AC or even a fan and the heat was terrible. To make it worst it was super expensive because of the world cup. Expedia should regulate and do not sell accommodations at this prices when the quality is so low.
