"They decided randomly not to have room service but didn't advise anyone. Merely had voice message when rang for RS asking to leave message with room number and someone will call back. After 4 attempts over 1.5 hours I went to front desk to be informed that RS had been cancelled that evening (and most evenings during my stay). Only one lift working (result of deliberate damage caused over Christmas) no attempt to fix it) nor the front entrance where the car ran through and then hit the lift).
Their room charge system wasn't working so every meal and charge had to be paid for separately at the time.
