"The rooms were very clean. Our bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a hot breakfast every morning. Our only issue was the swimming pool was closed our entire stay for repairs. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are ever in Mountain Home, AR."

"Room was damp. The bedsheets felt damp the towels felt damp. There was a birthday party at the hotel Saturday night with pounding music going on for several hours. We will never stay at this hotel again. We told front desk about our problems with our room with no help from anyone."

My only complaint was we couldn't get get the usual network channels on our TV. We called and the desk clerk came to our room but he didn't know how to get anything but TuBi. Travelers should pay attention that there is no elevator and stairs are required if you are on the 2nd level. The lady attending the breakfast & dining area was on the ball! It was immaculate. This is a well-managed property and we will be back."
