Although the location and the price seemed right I had to book another hotel after just two hours stay because of the strong odor in my room’s bathroom. I won’t book this hotel in the future, and obviously do not recommend others either. Better spend more and get a decent hotel, lesson learned.

Property staff was very very nice and helpful. Hotel is in quiet place but is very close to all city places you will need to enjoy your stay in Yerevan. The only disadvantage of hotel is that during daytime there is subway traveling under hotel and sometimes you can feel the movement of the trains underground, but most of people is out at daytime and mostly you will not feel it as at night it is very quiet and there are no trains.

2nd stay in Cascade - still a good choice

It was amazing - only downside is the AC in our room doesn't work. We were given room #33. We were provided with an electric fan on our first night and woke up sweating on our second night :( We do however appreciate them assisting in getting our food delivered from a local shawarma shop thru a food delivery app (will need a separate review for that) which took 1.5 hrs to arrive And despite late check in - we checked in past 9PM as we came from Georgia, they are strict on check out time - they will call you at 12 PM sharp to inform you need to check out.
