It was a great stay! Great nightly rates; the rooms were quiet and clean with screens on some of the windows, with a personal desk available for work purposes. There was a small kitchen where one could prepare their own meals during the day or night. The owner, this Russian woman, was very nice and nothing less that helpful and warm. Despite being tucked away in a neighborhood that looks a bit sketchy, it was very close to a main bus station and not too far of a walk from the city center. I would totally go back to that guesthouse when I return to Armenia.

Room is okay, location is okay. Complementary water was not provided a little tuff to find the location as there was no sign board of the guesthouse.

In tutta la struttura abbiamo conosciuto una sola ragazza che copriva tutti i ruoli , molto gentile! Struttura isolata senza ristoranti nelle vicinanze, cena all’interno limitata a pochi piatti d tempi di servizio piuttosto lunghi. Ottima la colazione, secondo tradizione delle guest house.
